All in all this was a good first attempt, and very filling whilst at work!!
I've definitely gotta start poaching my eggs rather than frying them if i want that perfect summer bod!!

Eggs are the purest form of protein and a perfect addition to your diet in order to tone up for the summer months; and a great lunch for me as i'm hitting the gym after work.
